Niagara Falls

We left for Niagara Falls on the 9th from home, its a 8 hour drive, the longest for me yet. We left around 9.40am from our place, the drive was just too beautiful to describe. Nice fall colors, you name it. It was just breathtaking.

Switching to VOIP

I am planning to use vonage as my telephone provider for local, long distance and international. I ordered the package yesterday, lets see how it works.

Will update status on this subject when i get it.

Anu's passport form submitted today

Today was a little crazy, we went to the iselin post office to submit Anushka's application form for a passport and were told to go to the municipality office. There, we were told that we would have to go to the county clerk's office in New Brunswick, so finally, we went there.

It took only 10-15 minutes over there, people out there were helpful and we were done by 12.20pm. We came home, had lunch and I took the train to Office.

I was only planning to go a couple of hours late to office, well, almost ended up taking half a day off.

Anyhow, the work is done and thats what counts.

Anushka is born, Wow...Wow....

Aparna started pushing around 5 am today, Man, thats tough work, lot of pain and Blood. Its scary if you are not used to blood. Anushka was born at 6.57 am today, weighs 7.89 pounds and is 20 inches tall.

Wow, I am a dad. Wow, Wow, Wow.

Its hard to believe. She is the most cutest and beautiful baby, I have seen. I guess, every dad says the same thing. We are so happy the way things turned out. It was normal delivery with no complications. God has really been kind to us, we thank him a million times. We are so very indebted to him.

This is the happiest day of our life.

Waiting, Waiting, Waiting.........

Its a long wait now, her contractions are getting closer and closer now. She is in a lot a pain when her contractions happen. She has asked for the epidural to be administered to her. They will be doing that anytime now. We (Aparna, Aai and Myself) are waiting in the Delivery Suite. Long wait.................

Update : In the hospital

We got admitted today, Aparna was told that she is opening up, getting ready to deliver, so we are staying. Could be anytime now.

Lets go to the hospital

Gave Aparna's doctor a call, she asked us to visit the hospital (J.F.K Medical Center, Edison) and get checked up.

Aparna starts feeling pain

Aparna is feeling uncomfortable , she is starting to get contractions, i guess we should give her doctor a call tommorrow.
